When it comes to straightening your teeth, having professional support throughout your treatment can make all the difference.
At Holyrood Dental Care, your treatment is dentist-led from start to finish. We don’t rely on remote-only monitoring. Instead, you’ll have regular review appointments so we can keep a close eye on your progress and make refinements where clinically appropriate.
Before beginning treatment, we’ll also carry out a full oral health assessment, ensuring your teeth and gums are in good health before we start moving your teeth.
And with our convenient Edinburgh city location, fitting your appointments into your routine is easy.
Contact usHD Aligners are made from clear medical-grade plastic, making them very discreet when worn. They’re designed to straighten your teeth without the noticeable appearance of traditional metal braces.
You may experience some mild pressure or tenderness for a few days after changing to a new set of aligners. This is generally a sign that your aligners are gently moving your teeth as planned.
You’ll need to remove your aligners before eating or drinking hot drinks. Once you’ve finished, simply clean your teeth and put your aligners back in.
For the best results, HD Aligners should usually be worn for around 20–22 hours per day.
You’ll usually move onto a new set of aligners every week, gradually progressing through your personalised treatment plan.
Treatment times vary depending on your individual needs. Most treatments take between 4 and 18 months.
HD Aligner treatment at Holyrood Dental Care starts from £1,900, with 0% finance available to help spread the cost of treatment.
